How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 business days, and express delivery options are available at checkout.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
🌍 Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver across the UK, but we’re working on expanding international shipping soon. If you’d like to send a box abroad, please contact us. We’ll do our best to assist.
What is your return policy?
Because our boxes are made to order and often include personal touches, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
