Welcome to ImaniGifts! By using our website (www.imanigifts.co.uk) or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them so you know how we work.

 

1. About Us

ImaniGifts is a UK-based gifting brand. We offer:

  • Curated gift boxes and keepsakes
  • E-cards you can send instantly
  • Corporate gifting solutions for teams & events
  • Personal gift consultations to help you choose the perfect present
  • The Treasured Luxe collection premium gifts and accessories

 

2. Using Our Website

  • You must be 18 or older to place an order or book a service.
  • Don’t use our site for anything illegal, harmful, or disruptive.
  • We may update or remove parts of the site whenever we need to.

 

3. Products & Services

  • We aim to show items and descriptions as accurately as possible, but colours or finishes may appear slightly different in real life.
  • If an item is unavailable, we may substitute it with something similar and of equal or higher value.
  • Personal consultations are subject to availability and may be rescheduled if needed.
  • Corporate gifting projects may require a separate written agreement.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout or as agreed for custom corporate orders.
  • Your order or service booking is confirmed only after payment is received.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the UK only.
  • Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays or other unforeseen issues.
  • Please check your shipping details carefully  we can’t refund or replace items delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

 

6. Digital Products (E-cards)

  • E-cards are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once sent or downloaded.
  • Please check recipient email details carefully before purchase.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Please see our Return Policy for full details.

  • Most physical items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
  • Personalised, food, beauty, and digital items (e-cards) can’t be returned unless faulty.
  • If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

 

8. Corporate Orders & Consultations

  • Corporate gifting and personal consultations may require a written proposal or agreement.
  • Deposits or full payment may be required before work begins.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the delivery date may not be refundable due to preparation costs.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All text, images, designs, logos, and content on this site belong to ImaniGifts. Please don’t copy or reuse without our permission.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for indirect or unexpected loss. Our total liability for any issue with an order or service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
