1. Our Promise

At ImaniGifts, every order is prepared with love and attention. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy to make things right. This means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, exchange, or refund.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • ·       To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • ·      It must be returned in its original packaging, including any ribbons, cards, or accessories.
  • ·      Please include proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

We are unable to accept returns for personalised or custom gift boxes, products with engraved names or messages, opened food or drink items, and sale or promotional products unless they are faulty.

3.How to Request a Return

  • ·      To start a return, please contact us at sales@imanigifts.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • ·      Include your order number, full name, and reason for return, along with photos if the product is damaged.
  • ·    We will reply with instructions and the return address.
    Once your return is approved, please post the item back within 7 days of confirmation.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong item.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different box or item, we are happy to arrange that if stock is available. You will only need to cover the return postage for the original item.

 

Refunds

When we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect it and send you an email update.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. If an item is returned used or not in re-saleable condition, we may reduce the refund amount or send the product back to you.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the damaged item, outer packaging, and shipping label so that we can investigate. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Processing Timelines

  • ·      Notify us of a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • ·      Return the item within 7 days of approval.
  • ·      Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days after inspection.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
